As you may know, since the spring of 2020, our lobby has been closed to the public as part of our efforts to reduce the potential spread of the COVID-19 coronavirus. Staff has remained able to conduct business and serve clients who had been accustomed to coming into the agency. We shifted communications and operations to phone, mail, email, fax, through use of our drop boxes, and through reasonable accommodation. Although we expect some of these adjustments to continue to inform our operations, our reopening to the public is the latest step we have taken to both align with state and federal guidelines and best serve our clients.
The agency’s regular business hours are 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday – Friday. During regular business hours, staff is present; our lobby is open; our offices are open to clients who have appointments; we are able to answer and make phone calls; we can send and receive information by fax, mail, email; and clients may pick up and drop off paperwork inside the agency. Clients may use either of the two drop boxes located near the front door of our agency during or outside of our regular business hours.
